This was just more one pony type silliness from Rowan Atkinson. It's pretty much good for about 20-30 minutes of laughs and then you are eagerly awaiting the movie to end so you can go on to doing something that ends up mattering.
I wouldn't really recommend anyone bothering with this. Catch parts of it in passing on cable. Definitely not worth a full sit down viewing.
